• Introduction to business Process management (BPM) focuses on the concepts of BPM, such as BPM definitions, known industry reference models which known as SCOR and PCF, Benefits of BPM, BPM software, sharing BPM critical success factor and critical skills and Process type.

• Analysing existing processes to understand current AS-IS process performance with the view to achieving improvements in the future state. Explore different types of process analysis tools types, tools and techniques are included in this training e.g., Process observation (Gemba – Walk), Value stream mapping and etc. Understanding process scope, process risk and performance metrics.

FACILITATE SPECIAL PROCESS EXPERT TRAINING

Objective

Introduction of Special Process, Special process tools, rules and benefits. Compared to other processes, special processes require special attention as the conformity of the output is not readily, technically or economically validated. Be able to read and understand special process work instruction and standards.
