Special Process Management

Special Process Management

Is a division which based in South Africa at Midrand. The division focus on providing guides and supports the Organization in preparatory work for the implementation of the requirements related to special processes management.

Special process

According to IRQB Guideline define it as A process used in manufacturing, construction of infrastructure or maintenance where the conformity of the resulting product cannot be readily, technically or economically determined without destructive analysis prior to use is referred to as a “Special Process”.

Detail Scope Of Work

  • Manage Adhesive Bonding.
  • Surface treatment (painting and Flooring).

Flooring

Tiles & Vinyl Installation.

ADHESIVE BONDING

PAINTING

FLOORING

  • Is the process of joining two surfaces together, usually with the creation of a smooth bond.
  • Paint is any pigmented liquid , liquefiable, or solid mastic composition that, after application to a substrate in a thin layer, converts to a solid film.
  • Flooring is the general term for a permanent covering of a floor.

ADVANTAGES OF ADHESIVE BONDING

ADVANTAGES OF PAINTING

ADVANTAGES OF FLOORING

  • It allows for the even distribution of stress loads Protect a join from corrosion.
  • Offering virtually no change in the dimensions or geometry of the parts.
  • Resisting vibration and flexing stresses
  • quickly bond dissimilar substrates and heat sensitive materials.
  • Paint is more durable,
  • Less vulnerable to pressure washing
  • Getting stripped away, and can last up to 10 years or longer.
  • Provide a more sanitary surface as they can be cleaned and washed easily.
  • Tile floors are long lasting and tough to ruin
  • Economical as they require negligible maintenance cost.
  • Hard and durable
  • Provide a smooth and non absorbent surface

DISADVANTAGES OF ADHESIVE BONDING

DISADVANTAGES OF PAINTING

DISADVANTAGES OF FLOORING

  • Prone to failure when exposed to high heat or weathering.
  • Take time to fully fix and acquire full strength.
  • Require surface preparation treatments (Mechanical and Chemical
  • Cause problems related to disassembly when compared to other, less permanent joining techniques.
  • It requires being prepared properly.
  • Require surface preparation
  • Resistance to environmental condition during application process.
  • Long term maintenance cost and also on going maintenance cost

ADHESIVE BONDING USED

  • Across many industries including automotive, aerospace, medical and even textiles.
